Academic merit of the candidate
Quality of the plan of study
Potential impact on the development of the candidate's home country
Applicants must be citizens of developing Commonwealth countries. Select your country on their website for more information. All subject areas are eligible, although the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission's selection criteria give priority to applications that demonstrate the strongest relevance to development.
