To apply for this scholarship, please send an email with the subject "Braithwaite Scholarship", and include:
Your CV, including the names of two referees
A cover letter, explaining your motivation for applying and what interests you about medical physics.
Surrey's MSc in Medical Physics is well established and includes all aspects of the modern applications of physics to medicine. We have close links with specialist teaching and regional Trust hospitals, as well as research institutes. These connections provide lecturers with up-to-date experience and outstanding opportunities for research project work.
The scheme is open to:
UK applicants holding a second-class degree or higher in Physics or a related subject.
IELTS requirements.
6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in each other element.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview with academic staff and members of the Braithwaite family. Interviews will take place in early September 2025.
Deadline for applications: 31 August 2025.
Applicants can apply through the Masters in Medical Physics course.
