The Art Scholars MA Award is open to all students who meet the criteria. The Department of Art History at Sussex celebrates and promotes diversity, equality and inclusion amongst our staff and students. Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Have accepted a full time offer of a place on Art History and Museum Curating MA starting in September 2025
- Have, or expect to achieve, a first class honours or 2.1 degree from a UK university, or equivalent degree from an overseas institution
- Be classified as 'Home' for fee purposes
Applications will be ranked and assessed on the following criteria:
• Academic performance
• Personal circumstances
• Career aspirations
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview with representatives from the Art History Department and the Worshipful Company of Arts Scholars.
