Students must fulfil all criteria below:

Students paying Home fees
Students from a household with a gross income of less than £28,000 per annum
Students who have accepted an offer of a place on a full-time undergraduate bachelor's degree at UWL and be starting their new course at Level 4 in September 2024 or October 2024

The following students are not eligible:

Students on a BA/BSc/BEng with Foundation Year
Students on courses eligible to apply for additional funding from the NHS Learning Support Fund (eg Nursing and Midwifery courses) or UWL Biomedical Science Bursary
Students paying the 'Overseas' fee rate
Students whose fees are paid or part-paid through a sponsorship arrangement (eg degree apprentices or students studying on a collaborative programme)
Students studying at affiliate or partner institutions
Students with full entitlement of UWL Full-time Undergraduate Bursary or Path to Success Scholarship processed already
Students in receipt of the New Courses Bursary will not be eligible for the Full-time Undergraduate Bursary in Year 1 (Level 4) but will be considered in Years 2 and 3 (Levels 5 and 6).
