If you’re keen to channel your love for animals into something meaningful, you may have considered taking a veterinary science degree.
Where to start and what to do
As there are no dedicated veterinary institutions in Singapore, aspiring students will compete for entry into overseas universities.
At IDP, we partner with institutions that offer well-rounded veterinary degrees which are also accredited by specific authority bodies. They include the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the Australiasian Veterinary Boards Council.
Such accreditation is recognised by our local licensing body, NParks/AVS (Animal & Veterinary Service).
