Scape was born out of a simple idea: being a student shouldn't mean having to compromise on quality. For more than ten years, Scape has been producing the most intelligently designed student accommodation in the world with buildings in the United Kingdom and Australia. Scape Australia was established in 2013 and is an inspirational place for students to live and work, with brilliant buildings in the heart of the student hubs in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. We think that a student's home needs to be more than just a comfy bed. It should shelter them with rooms and buildings designed precisely for what they need, and we work to make sure our students have everything they need to feel safer, calm, and at home than any other student accommodation. We also believe that students should live in an environment that helps brilliant minds take shape by introducing them to new cities, cultures, ideas, and possibilities—day in, day out.

Our buildings are designed with students in mind when it comes to every detail. We provide smarter, brighter, better rooms with comfy double beds to help students get a good night's sleep every night, roomy desks for students to speak out with all their study gear, kitchens in each studio, and shared apartments perfect for making square meals, and private en-suite bathrooms to get their mornings off to a flying start. We've also got a range of apartment types for students to choose from across our buildings, from private studios to a private room in a shared apartment, there is an option for everyone. Our buildings also offer a number of social communal spaces, from 24/7 fully equipped gyms for students to take a break while breaking a sweat, huge communal kitchens and cinema areas for big nights in, and plenty of private and group study spaces to get their university work done.

At Scape, we've created a student lifestyle like no other. We provide our students with a full events program carefully curated by a dedicated lifestyle experience manager in each of our buildings with events focusing on connecting them socially with their neighbours and their new city, prioritising mental and physical health with exercise classes and mindfulness workshops, and partnerships with organisations that connect our students to new networks and open doors for life after university. It's our priority to ensure that our residents are fully equipped to do the best work of their lives while they're staying with us at Scape.
