Nowadays, studying hotel management courses has become increasingly popular. Many Thai students are interested in studying this course overseas because there is an opportunity to do an internship at a five-star hotel. Nevertheless, it has to be admitted that hotel management is a field that has a high chance of being employed and having a high income. 1. Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, Leura and Sydney (have to study in two cities)

This school is located in Leura, which is a suburb in the City of Blue Mountains. Leura is not far from Sydney and has lots of tourist attractions. Moreover, Blue Mountains School is affiliated with Laureate Hospitality Education from Switzerland. So, when you graduate, you will get a degree from both Blue Mountains and a Hotel Operations Diploma from Les Roches, Switzerland.

The institute's curriculum places an emphasis on practising. So, the study course is set up with six months for each semester, each of which is divided into classes with real internships. During the internship period, students can work a full-time job, which is normally paid at high rates.

2. Le Gordon Blue, Adelaide or Sydney (able to select campus)

Many people might think that Le Cordon Bleu would focus on cooking only, but in fact, Le Cordon Bleu is a famous institute for hotel management programmes. Undergraduate programmes are designed for study and paid practical training. The school will organise a workplace for students at a four- or five-star hotel in the second and fourth semesters. Another well-known institution for hotel management. The International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) is recognised and trusted as the official training centre of the International Air Transport Association and the Universal Federation of Travel Agents' Associations, which is an institution that is recognised globally. The ICMS course emphasises both learning and practical training. Students can apply the knowledge learned in class to the real world.
