IDP Virtual Counselling service enables you to interact with our friendly and professional counsellors through a free Zoom video call. You can ask our counsellors all the questions you have in your mind about studying abroad and they will help you find the best course opportunities, guide you with application, visa process and all the other steps in your education journey.

How does it work?

  • Before joining the session on a computer, tablet or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link.

  • Basic requirements for your devices and browsers are available here

  • Connect via the zoom link and you will be taken directly to our Virtual Office on Zoom.

  • Our friendly host will get your basic information, understand your needs and assign you to the correct counsellor.

  • Speak to your counsellor and get all your questions answered
