Two Letters of recommendation: You will need to provide (2) letters of recommendation. At least one (1) of these recommendations should be from a professional colleague or university instructor who can evaluate your academic abilities related to potential for success in graduate school. The other recommendation may be from a work supervisor or other individual who can provide information about your work ethic, dependability, maturity, independence, ability to work well with others, etc. Recommendations from family or friends are not acceptable. Letters must be on letter head paper to include the date, full contact information, and be signed.
