Bachelor of Arts in Administration - Business Analytics

Today, while business leaders are looking for tremendous amounts of information, they also need trained employees who know how to source, clean, analyze and visualize data to maximize its value. The BA in Business Analytics provides the foundation needed to transform a maze of numbers into well-informed data driven decisions. In addition to providing students with fundamental big data resource and infrastructure management skills, this program is designed to provide students with exposure to applied areas (specifically: Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain Management) through specific degree requirements. This program cultivates organizational and technical competencies to implement data gathering, cleansing, integrating and modeling tasks, as well as data asset analysis for business applications. The BA in Business Analytics also covers data warehousing, dimensional modeling, big data analytics methods, and visualization tools and techniques, and it introduces topics such as data mining and predictive analytics. Employment opportunity for Business Analytics majors are diverse and students can work in areas such as healthcare, finance, information technology, telecommunications, consulting, data analytics, marketing, manufacturing, human resources, government, and many more.

Academic Requirements:
Minimum 2.5 overall GPA
Official transcripts sealed in an envelope by your school
Official high school diploma sealed in an envelope by your school
English Language Proficiency Requirement can be met by:
TOEFL (iBT 61 or PBT 500) or IELTS (5.5 total band score). Must be valid within the last two years.
