Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning) has been developed with industry to give professionals the capability to lead organisational development activities and initiatives. This programme is available for delivery over 1 year, or over 2 years. This qualification provides management knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning – the ability to manage and lead organisational development activities and initiatives and capability development in a business. This becomes important when businesses undertake team improvement activities, change management or other situations in which internal corporate training is required.

This area is of increasing demand as businesses undertake change to meet new generation customer expectations. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include management in vocational training colleges.

Australian Year 11 high school certificate or equivalent, or
Non-Australian Year 12 high school certificate
Two years vocational experience in management roles without formal business qualifications, or
Pass CB entry test, and
Basic computer skills
