Designed for students wishing to become Humanities and Social Science teachers in secondary schools.Humanities and Social Science teachers must be knowledgeable in a wide range of areas including history, geography, economics and civics. The specialisation content is closely aligned to the requirements of the Australian Curriculum and to WACE syllabus and examination requirements. The units cover school curricula, teaching strategies and the development and assessment of teaching programmes.
