Corporate financial management, including cost of capital, capital budgeting, capital structure decisions, working capital management, dividend payout policy, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.5/4.0 (or equivalent)
