You should normally have one of the following qualifications:
2:1 degree or above in a discipline relevant to the Built Environment, for example Estate Management, Quantity or Building Surveying, Building, Architecture, Town Planning, Housing or related discipline, or
Corporate membership of a professional body concerned with property or construction, for example, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, RTPI, CIOH, or other relevant body of equal standing, or
A qualification regarded as equivalent to the above, or
A good Honours degree in a non-construction subject and some experience in the construction and development fields.
Applicants should normally have at least two years relevant experience since their initial academic or professional qualification. All students at entry to the course are expected to have competencies in building construction and the legal backgrounds necessary for professional practice in the UK. Evidence of professional study covering this field or of professional experience will be sought at the practice in the UK. Evidence of prior academic or professional study covering this field or of professional experience will be sought at the time of interview. Where deficiencies of knowledge exist, the successful completion of an agreed programme of directed study will be a condition of entry onto the course.
Overseas applicants
Applicants are expected to have competency in spoken and written English. Oral presentations are an integral part of the course. Written English should be at the British Council/Cambridge IELTS Level 6.5 or above.

IELTS - 6.5 (with no component below 5.5)
TOEFL iBT - Overall score - 90 (Reading - 18, Listening - 17, Writing - 17, Speaking 20)
