New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3) with strands in Café Service and Function Services

Get started with the skills to become a valued member of a café or functions team, plus get the advantage of real-world experience at industry events and functions.You will prepare and serve the types of food and beverages offered at cafes and functions. You will develop the professional communication skills to serve customers and deal with any customer service issues.Learn to work safely and to regulations in hospitality environments and when handling food.
You may be required to complete literacy and numeracy assessments as part of this programme.

Applicants are required to complete Year 12 or equivalent of secondary school.

Entry requirements vary from country to country.

IELTS test: General or Academic score of 5 with no band score lower than 5; TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT): Score of 500 (with an essay score of 4 TWE); TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT): Score of 35 (with a writing score of 14); Cambridge English Examinations: B2 First or B2 First for Schools with a score of 154. No less than 154 in each skill; Pearson Test of English (Academic): PTE (Academic) score of 36 with no band score lower than 36.
