Bachelor of Laws with Honours / Bachelor of Science

By adding a science degree to your law degree, you’ll develop the kind of observation, analysis and reasoning skills that will give you a competitive edge in your career. You can combine a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a range of science degrees and choose to major in Forensic Biology and Toxicology, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and Sustainability. As an example, if you combined the Bachelor of Laws with the Bachelor of Science in Forensic Biology and Toxicology, you would learn the most up-to-date techniques to gather, analyse and present scientific evidence, such as DNA profiling and drug metabolism, in a court of law. If you’re more interested in environmental science and sustainability, you could combine the Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science or Environmental Management and Sustainability. You would explore how to create a better environment for people while sustaining biodiversity and world resources and examine the relationships between air, land, water, plants, animals and people to address the challenges arising from our interactions with our environment.

Overseas Year 12 90 ATAR or equivalent Successful completion of one of the following: Murdoch University Preparation Course with a minimum of 50% in every subject MUPC (1 Trimester) Foundation Studies Course with a minimum of 50% in every subject. Successful completion of one of the following: OnTrack Flex, OnTrack Sprint or K-Track at Murdoch University. Murdoch FlexiTrack High program in year 12 and the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) TLC – Learning for Tomorrow, the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) and achievement of a scaled score of 50+ in ATAR English or a grade of 'C' or better in General English an enabling or bridging course at another Australian University. Successful completion of 2 units at an Australian University or Open Universities Australia (OUA). Minimum Selection Rank (WA/ACT/NSW/NT/SA/TAS/VIC) - 70 International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma - Total score of 24 or higher. Western Australian Universities Foundation Program (WAUFP) - CPS 54 or higher.
