Skill up for entry-level roles in the hospitality industry with our NZ Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3). Led by our friendly, experienced tutors, you’ll experience hands-on practical learning in a lively classroom environment with purpose-built facilities.

We have a choice of four pathways, which share common courses on food safety and professional communication in hospitality. Pick one of these pathways:

Bar Service - 12 weeks (40 credits)
Café and Barista Services - 18 weeks (60 credits)
Functions & Buffet Services - 18 weeks (60 credits)
Quick Service & Restaurant Services - 18 weeks (60 credits)
Each pathway allows you to specialize in a certain hospitality field(s) and makes you the ideal candidate for different roles within the industry.
