Certificate in Public Administration

Seattle University's Master of Public Administration program educates public service professionals primarily in the Pacific Northwest. We develop our students leadership and administrative potential to address public problems in the government and nonprofit sectors. Employers value our students because of their professional and academic preparation, and their capacity to apply their academic learning to real-world challenges. Students secure their own internships, with the support of SU resources and MPA staff.

Strong candidates will have a combination of at least one year of professional work experience, a demonstrated commitment to public service, a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, and a 3.0 GPA. Applicants without a 3.0 GPA may be admitted on a probationary basis.
