Management at Otago is focused on leadership, communications, employment relations, human resource management, organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship, international management, strategy and innovation, operations management and organisational theory.
Our graduates can be found in a range of jobs in private business, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies, health care providers, applied science and technology companies, and arts and leisure management companies, while others form their own entrepreneurial startup companies.Often students will complement their Management degree with another degree, major or minor from Arts, Law or Science to enhance their career prospects and marketability to employers.

Admission to the programme shall be subject to the approval of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Commerce).
Every applicant shall
either have been admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Commerce majoring in the subject or subjects of study proposed
or have been admitted with the status of one who is entitled to proceed to the diploma.

IELTS (Academic) - Overall score of 6.5, no individual band below 6.0.
TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 90 and a writing score of 21.
