Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management)

A Bachelor of Business in International Hotel and Resort Management provides the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a hotel, a resort or an accommodation-based business anywhere in the world. Our residential program provides experience in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, food and beverage, and hotel management. This course is ideal for students with a passion for hotel management, hospitality and providing world-class experiences. While studying the Bachelor of Business (International Hotel & Resort Management) course, you’ll live on-site for two terms at our Leura campus in the Blue Mountains, which operates as a student-staffed hotel. From guest relations, and front office management to food and beverage operations and housekeeping, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations. During the course, you will also gain practical experience through industry work placement programs and the final six months will focus on purely on business management. This course will suit people who are keen to put theoretical knowledge into practice and are seeking a career that can take them around the world, working across diverse sectors in a variety of management roles.

Before you begin your course application as an international student, check that you meet the requirements listed below.

Australian Year 12 or equivalent AND Be 18 years of age by the end of the first term.
AND Academic IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 60 with a minimum of 18 in writing.
