BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance

On our BSc Accounting and Finance degree you will be taught using a variety of methods by leading researchers and academics who have worked professionally in the accounting and finance sector. Your first year is designed to raise your knowledge and understanding so that you are operating at degree level. It doesnt count towards your final degree classification but you must pass it to proceed.
The second year of this programme allows you to take optional modules in the form of pathways, which most suit your interests and maximise your exemptions from those areas. Your second year contributes 25% of your final degree classification and your third year 75%.
You can apply for a placement year during your second year and undertake a year-long placement during your third year. If you successfully secure a placement you will be moved on to the four-year BSc Accounting & Finance with Placement Year degree. International Baccalaureate Diploma: 6,6,6 at Higher Level with a minimum of 32 points overall.
Business School programmes require one of the following scores: A TOEFL score of 88 overall with a minimum of 22 in Writing and Speaking, an IELTS score of 6.5 overall with minimum of 6.5 in Writing and Speaking,
