Master of Business Administration - Strategy

The Strategy concentration provide a systematic analysis of the factors associated with customers and competitors (the external environment) and the organization itself (the internal environment) to provide a basis for rethinking the current management practices. Its objective is to achieve better alignment of corporate policies and strategic priorities. This concentration complements technical concentrations, such as business analytics, finance and marketing, by providing a more strategic framework to apply and integrate specific tools and techniques. The UC Davis MBA program merges teaching excellence, pioneering research and a collaborative leadership program to prepare globally aware, agile leaders who are committed to making a positive impact on the world. The minimum graduate admission requirement includes a bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited institution.
