Master of Science in Immunology

The Immunology Graduate Program at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children's Hospital aims to provide unparalleled training for the next generation of forward-thinking and innovative immunologists in the backdrop of one of the most picturesque and multi-cultural mid-West Cities of USA, Cincinnati OH.

Our program offers rigorous coursework and practical training in some of the world's most outstanding immunology laboratories. Our top-notch faculty's extensive experience in teaching and expertise in all areas of immunology provides the student a well-rounded immunology training experience and preparedness for future post-graduate career path in immunology.

The Immunology Graduate Program offers full-time and part-time MS programs. These advanced degrees are offered to prepare students for productive careers in academic institutions, industry and government in the expanding field of immunology. Both MS tracks require core coursework in Immunology, Molecular Genetics, Cell Biology and Biochemistry. The full-time MS track is a thesis based research track, while the part-time MS track is a comprehensive literature review based track.

A bachelor's degree (or master's) from an accredited college or university
GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Strong undergraduate background in biology, preferably with some research experience.
We do not require a GRE score for admission.

Test scores from English proficiency tests such as TOEFL or IELTS (see also International Student Admissions) - Scores of a 100 or higher on the TOEFL are required or an 8 on the IELTS
