A recognized baccalaureate, graduate or professional degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or a comparable degree from an international institution.
The GRE scores are no longer required for admission. However, if you have taken the GRE, you may still submit your scores and they will be included with your application.
Applicants with a bachelor's degree only, a minimum grade point average of B (3.0), calculated from all grades and credits after the semester where the applicant reached 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours is required.
Personal Statement
Please include a statement that describes things that you would like the admissions committee to know about you. Examples include motivations for attending graduate school, what type of chemistry you are interested in pursuing during your graduate career, if there are particular faculty members that you would like to work with, your career goals, etc. uploaded as a PDF.
Research Statement
Please include a brief research summary describing any research endeavors that you have been involved with to date. Upload your PDF in the Other field of the Resume/Other section and include Research Summary as the description.
Program Specialization
Please enter the area or areas of chemistry that you are most interested in: Analytical, Chemical Biology, Computational and Theory, Inorganic, Organic, Physical (Experimental), or Polymer Chemistry.
Letters of Recommendation
Three letters of recommendation are required to be submitted through the online application system.
The minimum acceptable TOEFL is 80, with a speak score of 23 or greater. International Applicants currently enrolled in graduate programs within the United States must still submit GRE and TOEL scores. IELTS- 6, PBT- 550
