The ten-month, full-time in residence, Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program, housed in the Warrington College of Business, thrives on innovation, a dynamic student body, significant interaction with high-level working professionals, and nationally recognized professors. The program is a unique combination of theory and practice that will both enhance your real estate education and develop your professional skills.

Admission to the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is competitive, with approximately 50-60 students admitted per year. Qualified Candidates will be interviewed by the MSRE admission committee before a final decision is made.

We review each application holistically, and consider all applicants based on individual experiences and skills. There are no guaranteed admissions, even if the minimum requirements are met. Prior work experience is desirable and need not be in real estate, in fact, some of our most successful graduates have used the MSRE to transition from accounting, banking, finance, building construction, planning and other fields to a career in commercial real estate.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an approved institution
3.2 GPA (last 60 hrs of undergraduate coursework). Average incoming GPA is approximately 3.52
Ability to work with and comprehend numerical/analytical concepts.
Prior work experience, including summer internships, is preferred (non-real estate experience may apply)
Applicants with a bachelor's degree only, a minimum grade point average of B (3.0), calculated from all grades and credits after the semester where the applicant reached 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours is required.

For applicants from countries where English is not the ofcial language, a minimum score on one of these English Language Skills tests, IELTS - 6.0,TOEFL IBT- 80, PBT- 550.
