Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Psychology and Prevention Science - Applied Behavior Analysis

The Applied Behavior Analysis concentration is designed to provide interdisciplinary training within psychology and behavior analysis. Students will be trained as both researchers and scientist-practitioners in the discovery and application of knowledge to solve problems of societal importance. Faculty research in this core area includes educational and occupational development of people on the autism spectrum and in particular members from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, applications of verbal behavior, applications of behavior analysis to instructional design in higher education, as well as staff and parent training.
