Our flexible BSc allows you to tailor your degree to your interests and career goals. Study across the full extent of biology, from organisms and the environment, to biomedicine, human health and the molecular biosciences, ultimately putting your skills and knowledge into practice in the lab and the field.

From year one, youll choose which topics to study and which you avoid, so youre defining your degree and putting your skills and knowledge into place for a vibrant future.

Youll have access to modules across all scales of biological systems from biotechnology, cell biology, genetics, microbiology and biochemistry, to biomedicine, neuroscience, human health and disease, to biodiversity, evolution, sustainability and climate change. More than half of our biological science students are taking modules across this full spectrum of the biological sciences.

IELTS - Overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component,
TOEFL - Overall score of 88 with a minimum of 19 in Listening, 20 in Reading, 22 in Speaking and 19 in Writing.
