Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this project management course prepares you for a variety of project management roles in the construction industry. You will develop core project management skills that reflect the needs of the profession, such as programming and planning, project administration, risk management, construction technology, contract practice, health and safety, sustainability, and managing people.
