Master of Science in Biomedical Science - Medical Physics

The graduate program in medical physics at The University of Toledo is nationally accredited. Prospective students must have a B.S. degree in physics or a minor in physics. UToledo offers master's and doctoral degrees in medical physics with concentrations in:

Radiation oncology physics
Diagnostic imaging

Bachelor's degree in physics or applied physics from an approved institution is a pre-requisite for admission to the graduate medical physics program. Other physical science or engineering degrees may be considered if the appropriate fundamental physics courses have been completed, equivalent to a minor in physics (including general physics with calculus and upper level courses such as electricity and magnetism, atomic physics, nuclear physics, modern physics, quantum mechanics, or mechanics).
