New Zealand Certificate in Te Reo (Rumaki Reo Rua) (Level 3)

Kia kaha te reo Māori Build your skills and knowledge to an intermediate level in te reo. Use your language skills in a wide range of environments such as whānau, marae, community, workplace or academic contexts. Graduates from this programme will have the skills to confidently communicate in te reo with some independence in everyday settings.
Te Pōkaitahi Reo (Reo Rua) (Te Kaupae 3) intends to build a solid foundation for learners to progress their knowledge of te reo Māori. The teaching of this programme is primarily in English. There are four compulsory courses that are focussed on listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
