The Department of Language, Literature, Culture, and Writing prepares students for jobs in a range of fields in the business, nonprofit, and government sectors. English and K-12 Spanish teachers are needed in New Jersey and across the United States, and bilingual Spanish, writing, and critical thinking skills are increasingly in demand for both local businesses and international commerce.
