Applicants must be Vietnamese citizens, currently living, studying and working in Vietnam
There is no marital/engaged relationship or marital life with an Australian or New Zealand citizen or is a permanent resident of these 2 countries.
Candidates are not personnel on the military payroll.
Applicants are not currently applying for other long-term Australian scholarships.
Commit to return to Vietnam to work for at least 2 years after completing their studies.

Australia Research Training Program Scholarships (RTP) are administered by Australian universities as designated by the Australian Department of Education and Training.
