Saskatchewan Student Immigration Policy

This is a program in partnership with the Government of Canada through the Immigration Commission of Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The Canadian government will make the final decision to approve the application for permanent residence.

2.3 Atlantic Immigration Program

The Atlantic Immigration Program is open to highly skilled foreign workers and international students graduating from a university in four provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland – Labrador.

When applying for immigration through the AIP program, applicants need an Endorsement Letter from one of the Atlantic provinces. Each province will have its conditions and processes when applying for a guarantee.
