Notes for IELTS IDP test rescheduling:

• Candidates must submit the test rescheduling form at the IDP office at least 15 days before the registered test date to be eligible for a free reschedule.

• If the rescheduling form is submitted 8-14 days before the test date, a fee of 800,000 VND will be charged.

• Candidates are allowed to reschedule the test only once.

• The new test date must be within 3 months from the original test date.

• Candidates who have rescheduled the test will not be allowed to cancel the test.

• Candidates who registered for the test within 1 week will not be allowed to reschedule or cancel the test.
