1. To apply for a visa, you must have the following documents available:

  • A valid passport must be valid for at least three months after your stay in New Zealand

  • An acceptance letter from a New Zealand educational institution states the duration of the course, the total tuition fee, and whether the tuition fee is in a local or foreign currency. The course must be approved by the New Zealand Education Quality Authority (NZQA)

2. You may also need to prepare additional documents such as:

  • Academic preparation materials such as transcripts, diplomas, degrees, or certificates

  • Tuition payment receipt

  • Financial documents according to the current regulations of the New Zealand consulate

  • A criminal record card if you are 17 years of age or older and plan to study for more than 24 months is issued for no more than 6 months.

  • A financial explanation letter showing the donor's financial commitment to cover accommodation and living expenses

  • General health check-up

  • Scholarship letter (if applicable)

  • Letter of explanation of learning objectives

  • CV and proof of employment if working at an organization

  • International English Certificate

  • If the student is under 18 years old, confirmation of housing and guardianship is required according to school regulations.
