Ontario College Diploma in Motive Power Technician - Recreational and Sport Vehicles

We are the only college in Ontario offering a diploma program with interdisciplinary training for aviation, marine, recreational vehicles, and small engine maintenance and repair. An optional co-op and in-school apprenticeship training ensures you will graduate with a head start on your career. With a focus on four areas of transportation maintenance this program is unique its breadth of skills training. Graduates will be in demand across various sectors including marine, aviation and recreational vehicles. Apprenticeship training within the curriculum allows students to pursue an apprenticeship when employed. This is the only program of its kind in Ontario. Designed in partnership with marine, aircraft, recreational vehicle, and power sports businesses, the program has been endorsed by provincial and national industry associations.

We are pleased to offer this program with an Indigenous Perspectives Designation. See below for more information on this unique credential. In addition to extensive hands-on learning and in-school apprenticeship training, students have the option to participate in a co-op in semester 3, which provides valuable employment experience. Students applying to Motive Power Technician Recreational and Sport Vehicles must meet the following requirements:

OSSD with majority of credits at the Workplace (E) level including Gr 12 (E)English
Where Workplace level courses are listed, C, U and M courses will be accepted.

For programs requiring a majority of credits at the Workplace level, OLC4O will be counted as an acceptable English course.

IELTS - 6.0 with no band less than 5.5
TOEFL IBT - 80 with no score less than 20
TOEFL PBT - 550
