The office responsible for student awards with the assistance of MacEwan counselling staff that work with students with disabilities will select the recipients.

Successful applicants will be notified via e-mail. Committee selections are final, appeals will not be considered.

Typically given out in the Winter term.

Awarded to persons with disabilities in business-related programs. First priority given to students in the Business Management and Bachelor of Commerce programs. There will be no differentiation between definitions and categories of disabilities.

Disbursement Criteria

For funds to be disbursed, successful applicants must be enrolled in a full-time course load and be in good academic standing.

Students apply for this award through their myStudentSystem. A link to the application will appear in your Financial Aid tile only when the application period is open. Please note that not all scholarships, awards, and bursaries will be available in any given application period.
